© 2018 Attentive Home Care

Attentive Home Care requires our caregivers to love our clients the way they would love their own mother or father. Attentive Care is family owned and operated for almost twenty years and our caregivers are part of our family the way that the seniors we care for become part of our family. Caregiving at Attentive Home Care is a career and we work very hard to get our staff the hours, flexibility, and locations that best work for their own busy lives. See our benefits below. We invest in our family of caregivers so that working with Attentive is not a job but a career.

While In-Home Care Organizations (HCOs) have had few laws and regulations over the years, they have become increasingly regulated the state of California with the implementation of the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act of 2013 (AB 1217). In response to concerns about patient safety and security, the state has enacted these regulations and laws to impose safety checks and training. The act also addresses concerns about the abuse of HCO workers and delineates the standards for companies employing caregivers.
The State of California requires that all Home Care Aides supply the Home Care Organization with the following:
  • Personnel Record - HCS 501

  • Criminal Record - LIC 508

  • Report Abuse - SOC 341A

  • 5 hours of Training

  • TB Clearance

  • Transfer Form (If Applicable) - LIC 9128

  • Transfer Exempt (If Applicable) - LIC 9188

  • HCA Registry Approval/Denial Letter (with expiration date)

If you can meet these requirements:
