Rick Davis founded Attentive Home Care with the help of his father, Larry Davis, pursuing his passion for elderly care and finding a profession that would allow him to work closely with his family. He has over 25 years in the health care industry and manages the marketing and sales out of the Corporate offices in Orange, California. Rick prides himself in customer service and providing the best health care and retirement plans for his employees in the industry. Rick sits on the Board of Directors for Orange County's South County Seniors. In 2001, Rick met his wife, Laiza, and together with the help of their parents and Rick's sister, Lori Davis, established Attentive Home Care as the most trusted home care provider in Southern California. Rick has also been a major supporter of Age Well Senior Services, serving on the Board of Directors and making Attentive Home Care a community partner. He helped found the American Board of Home Care (ABHC) with colleagues to ensure the safety of the senior community through home care education. This 2016, Age Well Senior Services awarded Rick a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his hard work and dedication to the senior community.

Laiza Davis manages day-to-day operations and payroll responsibilities for the 300+ caregivers and office employees out of the Orange County and San Diego County offices for Attentive Home Care. She is an expert on health care and medical issues. Laiza is happily married to company president, Rick Davis, and together they have two daughters.

Lori is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, therapist, and senior advocate. She spends her days ensuring that the caregiving staff are providing the proper physical, mental, and emotional care for the elderly clients.

With over 15 years of experience in senior care and home care services, Fredy Dominguez handles community relations in Orange County and Los Angeles County. He is one of the most experienced and passionate leaders in the senior health care industry. He is also involved in many non-profit organizations that cater to the elderly, serving as the current Committee Chair for the Long Beach/South Bay Walk to End Alzheimer’s. He also founded the Council of Advisor for the Senior Care Hero Awards (SCHA) which honors and recognizes the heroes who take care of our senior community. Fredy was recognized by the National Readmission Prevention Collaborative as a pioneer in hospital readmission prevention for 2014-2015. 

Before retiring, Larry Davis was the CFO and co-founder of Attentive Home Care. Larry managed the accounts receivable department and has spent the last 40 years managing various businesses in multiple industries. Larry is the father of Rick Davis.
